Successful Tips for Your To-Do Lists: Purge all papers, to-dos and notes that are no longer relevant. Create three folders: To Do Now, To Do, To Pay. Separate out your immediate to-do's from non-urgent to-do's. If it needs to be done within the month, put it in the To Do Now folder. Buy a fun notepad from http://knockknockstuff.com/themes/organizational/ to keep you motivated, on-task, and all of your to-do's in one phenomenal place. Delete and Delegate out things from your list that you don't want to do, don't have the time to do, aren't that great at. For example, hire a neighborhood teen to mow your lawn. Hire a bookkeeper.
